Biography

Wang Youbin: MD, Chief Physician, Professor, and Doctoral Supervisor. He has been engaged in clinical work in plastic surgery since 1997 and has extensive clinical experience in plastic and aesthetic surgery. He has led 3 projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China, one project funded by the Beijing Municipal Natural Science Foundation, and one project funded by the Beijing Municipal Science and Technology Commission. He has published more than 40 papers in SCI and core journals, served as chief editor of 3 popular science monographs on aesthetic medicine, and obtained 5 national invention patents.

Areas of Expertise
1. Comprehensive prevention and treatment of facial aging: facial aesthetic problems caused by aging, such as facial sagging, accumulated wrinkles, eyelid sagging, facial pigmentation, and dull complexion; facial filling and other corrective surgeries for facial atrophy deformities
2. Treatment of superficial tumors and wound repair: surgical treatment of benign and malignant tumors such as keloids, cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma, and basal cell carcinoma; wound repair surgery
3. External ear reconstruction: skilled in innovative external ear reconstruction surgery centered on cartilage harvesting and utilization; correction of auricular deformities
4. Repair of cleft lip and palate and secondary deformities: surgical treatment of cleft lip and palate; surgical repair of cleft lip and its secondary deformities; dermal reconstruction with autologous composite tissue transplantation to reconstruct the philtral ridge
5. Breast reconstruction: in addition to traditional breast reconstruction surgery, new breast reconstruction procedures such as endoscopic breast reconstruction
6. Nasal aesthetics and reconstruction: prosthetic rhinoplasty techniques, autologous cartilage transplantation techniques, and acellular allogeneic dermis application techniques, as well as the organic integration of these three techniques
7. Eyelid plastic and aesthetic surgery; liposuction and autologous fat transplantation; abdominoplasty; vaginal reconstruction surgery; penile plastic and aesthetic surgery.
